Exceptions
The RLV exceptions menu is accessed via the main RLV menu. This menu exempts owners, sec owners, and designated others from two-way restrictions that are otherwise enforced for both wearer and user: specifically, restrictions on communication and tp lures. It is owner access only. Via this menu an owner accessing a sub's menu may set separate restriction permissions for him- or herself (owner), secondary owners (secowners), or other designated persons (other). These are in separate submenus: Owner, Sec Owner, Other.
To change settings for specific owners or sec owners, press Owner (or Sec Owner or other), press List, select the name, then change the settings.
NOTE: If the same user is set as both owner and sec owner, the exceptions for sec owner, not owner, are default. You can change this by changing the settings for individuals as just mentioned. These settings will remain for this individual, even if they are removed from your collar, until they are changed in the exceptions.
Use the add button to place a new person in the vicinity on the Other list.
~ In 3.935 and above, if the exception is checked, it means the owner is exempted from a restriction otherwise in force. The oddball here is refusetp. If that is checked it means the owner is exempted from the sub's ability to refuse a tp. See below.
~ In 3.91x and previous, "Enforce" means that the restriction is enforced for these access levels, while "Exempt" means that the respective access level is exempt from the restriction. For instance, "Exempt IM" exempts the owner from blocks on sending/receiving IMs, whether the block is enforced by the collar or through the relay. The defaults are All Exempt for the owner, All Enforced for sec owners and others. Below, owner only is used in the command description.
The specific restriction settings are:
IM: enforces or exempts the block on sending and receiving IMs for the owner.
RcvIM: enforces or exempts the block on receiving IMs from the owner.
RcvChat: enforces or exempts the block on receiving local chat from the owner.
RcvEmote: enforces or exempts the block on receiving emotes from the owner.
Lure: enforces or exempts the block on Receiving a TP Lure from the owner.
RefuseTP: enforces or exempts the wearer's ability to refuse a teleport lure from the owner. Also known as "force tp". When this is exempt, which is the default setting, the owner sends the wearer an ordinary teleport lure . However the wearer does not receive the lure request. Instead the wearer is automatically teleported to the owner's location. When it is enforced, the wearer does receive a teleport lure which they can then refuse.
StartIM: enforces or exempts the block on starting IM sessions with the owner.
None: all the above restrictions are enforced for owner, sec owner or designated other.
List: lists owners, sec owners and others so that exemptions may be set for specific individuals.
Defaults: restores the default exemptions
Add: adds others to the Exceptions list where the above exemptions can be set for them.
Others: Menu listing named avatars who have been added to the Exceptions list. Through this menu you can set individual exemptions for them.
